We are looking for an experienced Cabinet Sales & Design Professional who is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spacesand who understands that great design and great sales go hand in hand.

The Opportunity
As a Cabinet Sales & Design Professional, you will guide clients through the complete design and purchasing processfrom the first conversation to the final installation.
You'll meet with homeowners, builders, contractors, and designers; understand their goals and lifestyle; create thoughtful cabinetry solutions; develop accurate estimates; and help bring projects from concept to completion.
This is not a behind-the-desk sales position.
You'll have the opportunity to build relationships, visit homes and job sites, solve design challenges, collaborate with contractors and installers, and create spaces that your clients will enjoy for years to come.

What You'll Do
Sales & Client Relationships

Build strong relationships with homeowners, builders, contractors, and industry professionals.

Conduct showroom and in-home consultations to understand each client's needs, style, goals, and budget.

Guide clients confidently through the cabinetry selection and purchasing process.

Present designs, proposals, and pricing in a professional and compelling way.

Follow up consistently and strategically to move opportunities forward and close sales.

Develop repeat and referral business by delivering an exceptional client experience.
Design
-
Create beautiful, functional cabinetry designs for kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas of the home.

Take accurate field measurements and gather the information needed to develop successful designs.

Balance creativity, functionality, construction requirements, and budget.

Help clients make confident decisions regarding cabinetry styles, finishes, layouts, hardware, and related products.

Stay current on design trends, cabinetry products, and industry innovations.
Project Ownership & Coordination

Manage projects from initial consultation through ordering, delivery, installation, and project completion.

Create accurate estimates, orders, specifications, and supporting documentation.

Communicate proactively with clients throughout their project.

Collaborate with project administrators, installers, vendors, contractors, and other members of the Pierce team.

Identify potential issues early and help develop solutions before they become problems.

Maintain organized and accurate project information and client records.

What We're Looking For
We are specifically looking for someone with experience in cabinetry, kitchen and bath design, interior design, construction sales, or a closely related industry.
The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in cabinet sales and/or kitchen and bath design strongly preferred.

A strong understanding of cabinetry, space planning, construction considerations, and residential design.

A natural ability to connect with clients and build trust.

Proven sales ability and comfort discussing budgets, presenting pricing, and asking for the sale.

Strong design instincts, spatial awareness, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and follow-up skills.

The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-
Comfort working independently while also collaborating with a team.

Experience using design software and other technology required for sales and project management.

A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local appointments and job-site visits.

Compensation & Benefits
We believe great performance should be rewarded.
This position offers a competitive base salary of up to $5,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications, plus uncapped commission.
Your earning potential is directly connected to your performance, your ability to build strong client relationships, and the success you create. There is no cap on commissions.
