The Warehouse Associate I will work closely with Management in order to achieve defined departmental goals of on time delivery, quality, lean 6s, safety, and employee satisfaction. The Warehouse Associate I will be responsible to ensure all shipments are completed daily including picking, packing, and auditing all sales orders, loading of outbound shipments, receiving, and material handling functions.
Primary job tasks and responsibilities:
- Executes and supports internal flow of raw materials and finished goods.

Supports Inventory and Warehouse management.

Perform required daily inspections of powered equipment.

Apply First-In-First-Out method to all orders.

Communicate Supervisor any discrepancies
-
Complete daily 6S of assigned areas

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Additional duties as assigned by Management

Follow all registered DPW and SPW instructions
Be proficient in at least 5 core functions below:
Production Supply
Receiving
Shipping
Warehouse Functions
Super Market Replenishment
Unloading Trucks
All picking functions
Put-away with Purpose
Picking Work Orders
Processing inbound supplier Receipts in AX
All packing functions
Inventory Cycle Counting
Receiving inbound P/O’s with the RF Scanner
Perform Load Audit
Certified on all equipment
Resolve Inbound Discrepancies
Load Trucks
All RF Gun Processes
All Daily Shuttle Responsibilities
Requirements:
-
The associate will be expected to use all required equipment.
-
A high school diploma/GED is preferred.
-
Previous experience in warehouse operations, handheld scanning equipment, domestic LTL and TL shipping, export shipping requirements, and basic inventory skills is preferred.

Individual must be goal oriented with a high degree of enthusiasm and focused on enhancing process quality

Must be familiar with Forklifts and Reach truck operations.

Handheld barcode scanning equipment, the use of MS Word, Excel, and Personal Computer operation on a beginner level.

First Shift: 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
