Position Summary
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in accounting. No prior accounting experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Enter and maintain financial data accurately
- Process invoices and vendor payments
- Reconcile accounts and assist with monthly reporting
- Maintain accounting records and filing systems
- Support payroll and administrative tasks as needed
- Assist with general office and accounting department duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred but not required
- No accounting experience required – training will be provided
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
