WHY ? :
We will soon begin opening earlier on weekends to offer brunch including crepes and cocktails. We may also expand this concept to weekdays shortly afterward.
The position will start approximately at 20 hours per week, but hours may quickly increase to 35 - 40 hours per week, once the employee is fully trained they will start to take care of the stocks and take their full position as an assistant manager. ( Training will start at minimum wage and increase once they take position)

Duties
- Prepare and assemble rolled ice cream and crepes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ice cream rollers, blenders, ovens, and pastry tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety management practices at all times
- Package desserts carefully for takeout or dine-in orders, ensuring freshness and quality are preserved
- Assist in food production tasks such as preparation and ingredient portioning
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring guest satisfaction
Skills
- Proven experience in food production is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and food handling regulations
- Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining consistency in product quality
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory
- Kitchen experience in catering or restaurant environments is highly valued
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Abilities for cleaning, the store must be a safe and clean place
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
