What You’ll Do
- Complete hands-on training covering solar products, sales strategies, and energy assessments
- Connect with homeowners to assess needs and educate them on solar solutions
- Conduct in-person consultations and present customized proposals
- Clearly explain system advantages, financing options, and available tax incentives
- Manage leads and follow-ups using user-friendly CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
- Self-driven, coachable individuals who can work independently
- Organized with solid time-management skills
- Comfortable using smartphones and basic applications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
