Responsibilities:
- Receive and process parts orders from internal and external customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy
- Organize and maintain the parts storage area
- Assist in the identification and resolution of parts-related issues
- Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs
Requirements:
- Parts/inventory experience is strongly preferred
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient customer service and computer skills, including MS Office Suite
