Job Title: Remote Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Supervisor to support and guide Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in a remote setting. The SLP Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing SLPA activities, conducting evaluations, providing clinical guidance, and ensuring adherence to ethical and professional standards. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise SLPAs remotely, providing ongoing support, feedback, and mentorship
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine eligibility and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Review SLPA treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards
- Collaborate with SLPAs to develop intervention plans and strategies for various communication disorders
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as necessary
- Ensure compliance with ASHA and state regulations for SLP and SLPA practice
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and supervision records
- Participate in virtual team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
- Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other stakeholders as needed
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and advancements in speech-language pathology
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure (with multi-state licenses or compact licensure preferred)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in speech-language pathology, including supervision of SLPAs
- Proficiency in conducting evaluations and creating treatment plans for diverse age groups and diagnoses
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations for telepractice in speech-language pathology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to virtual environments
- Reliable internet connection and access to necessary technology for telepractice
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a remote or telepractice setting
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not required
- Working with children in an ABA setting
