Oxsome is hiring two appointment setters for our Minnetonka office.
We've been building marketing that works for small businesses since 2016. A thousand companies have trusted us with their growth. We've won Star Tribune's Minnesota's Best Gold five years running — 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. We're not a startup running an experiment. We're a ten-year-old agency building an outbound team from scratch, and these are the first two seats.
What you'll do
You'll call owners of local service businesses like electricians & HVAC home services companies who are already making real money without Google Ads and are in prime position to scale. You confirm they're a fit. You book them onto a Zoom with our closer. That's the job.
You are not selling. No demos, no proposals, no account management. You book qualified appointments.
What you'll earn
$40,000 base salary guaranteed.
That's more than most entry-level phone jobs around the Twin Cities pay, and it's yours whether you have a great month or a slow one. Then commission sits on top of it:
- $25 for every qualified appointment that shows up
- $250 every time one of your appointments becomes a client (uncapped)
The part most job postings hide
120 dials a day. Every day.
We use a power dialer, so that's realistic rather than punishing , but we're telling you the number before you apply, because it's the job.
Why this isn't cold calling
You're not working a phone book. Every business on your list is researched before it reaches you. You'll know if they're running ads, how they stack up against the competitor beating them, where their traffic is landing. Most setter jobs hand you a list and wish you luck. This one hands you a reason to call.

Where this goes
These are the first two seats on a sales team we're building from the ground up.
The people who get good at booking appointments are the first people we'll look at when we need closers and closers here OTE is above six figures. We're not promising you a promotion. We're telling you the path is real and you'd be standing at the front of it.
What your day looks like
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, in our Minnetonka office. Weekdays, daytime, done at five. You'll sit next to the other setter we're hiring. You'll be coached daily. We listen to calls, we fix things the same week.

What we don't need
No agency background. No Google Ads knowledge. No marketing degree. No sales degree.
We'll teach you the offer. We can't teach you to pick up the phone.
If you've done call center work, collections, canvassing, retail, serving, or anything else that means talking to strangers all day and staying pleasant about it , you already have the part that matters.
