This position operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, managing a large number of daily check-ins and check-outs while maintaining a warm, professional, and efficient demeanor. Key Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming and professional attitude, creating a positive first impression

Efficiently manage high-volume check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and speed

Verify reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys in accordance with resort standards

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally

Process payments, post charges, and maintain accurate guest accounts

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction

Maintain knowledge of resort amenities, dining options, activities, and local attractions to assist guests

Resolve guest issues with a service-first mindset, escalating when appropriate

Adhere to all cash handling, safety, and security procedures

Qualifications

Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred

Experience in a high-volume resort or hotel environment strongly preferred
