Responsibilities
● Manage multiple low-voltage installation projects simultaneously.
● Coordinate project schedules, labor, materials, and subcontractors.
● Oversee installations involving:
● Security camera systems (CCTV)
● Access control systems
● Geokey Door systems
● Fire alarm systems
● Structured cabling and network infrastructure
● Conduct job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress.
● Communicate with customers, general contractors, vendors, and internal team members.
● Order and track project materials and equipment.
● Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation.
● Maintain project budgets and monitor profitability.
● Resolve field issues quickly and professionally.
● Ensure projects meet all applicable codes and industry standards.
● Provide leadership and support to field technicians.
Qualifications
● 3+ years of project management experience (low-voltage industry preferred).
● Strong understanding of commercial and residential low-voltage systems.
● Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Strong communication and customer service skills.
● Experience reading construction plans and specifications.
● Proficiency with project management software.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
● Willingness to travel throughout Minnesota and surrounding states.
Preferred Experience
● Experience with systems from Avigilon, Verkada, Honeywell, Bosch, Axis, Alarm.com, or similar manufacturers.
● Knowledge of fire alarm codes and permitting.
● NICET certification (preferred but not required).
● OSHA certification is a plus.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
