The Cocktail Server serves alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages to guests in the gaming and non-gaming areas of the Casino.

Provide exceptional guest service to all customers.
- Must be able to stand for seven (7) consecutive hours.
- Must be able to carry a full tray of drinks at up to 25lb. per tray.
- Must have extensive beverage service knowledge.
- Must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with Casino guests due to highly visible position.

Reports to shift supervisor in complete uniform.
- Follows all service procedures described in the beverage manual.
- Acknowledge guest with special privileges (ie.complimentary drinks).
- Perform related tasks determined necessary by management.

Must be 18 years of age.

Alcohol Awareness certified through TIPS arranged by Grand Falls.

Pre-employment drug test required. Arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment.
