We are seeking an experienced, highly meticulous professional to supervise a mission-critical returns and RMA function from start to finish. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, detail-obsessed, and confident leading a team while handling a high volume of time-sensitive tasks.

Role Overview
As our Returns Supervisor, you will take full ownership of the returns process from beginning to end — overseeing intake, inspection, documentation, RMA processing, and final resolution. You will supervise a multi-function team and work cross-functionally with Customer Service, vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to ensure credits, RMAs, and records are handled flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the entire returns process from start to beginning, including receiving, quality control, data entry, RMA submission, and resolution
- Supervise and coordinate a team including: return receivers, QC/checkers, info takers, and technicians
- Be familiar with all major selling channels, including Amazon (AMZ/FBA), Walmart, eBay, Target, and others
- Gather, verify, and document model numbers, serial numbers, and store numbers from returns inventory
- Email manufacturers daily to submit RMA requests and follow up
- Maintain highly accurate Excel tracking sheets ("Can I Expect" reports, RMA logs, credit tracking)
- Initiate, monitor, and follow up on RMA requests with vendors/manufacturers
- Proactively secure credits and resolve discrepancies
- Manage continuous email communication and vendor follow-ups
- Track customer complaints, missing calls, and resolutions
- Interpret Customer Service requests with analytical judgment
- Maintain structured daily documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with multiple departments
- Handle urgent, end-of-day priorities under pressure
- Oversee shipping of returns and customer missing parts
- Oversee scanning of daily UPS and other carrier inbound return tracking
- Oversee loading and ensure correct pallets are loaded onto the correct trucks
Required Qualifications

✔ Proven experience in returns, RMA processing, operations supervision, or similar leadership/analytical role
✔ Prior experience supervising or leading a team
✔ Familiarity with major selling channels (Amazon/FBA, Walmart, eBay, Target, etc.)
✔ Advanced attention to detail and documentation accuracy
✔ Strong Microsoft Excel & Outlook proficiency
✔ Experience managing spreadsheets, tracking systems, and follow-ups
✔ Ability to handle repetitive, detail-intensive work with consistency
✔ Strong written communication skills
✔ Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
