Apex Guardian Network is looking for dependable people who want a straightforward, professional patrol role with clear expectations, modern technology, and room to grow.
This position is ideal for someone who shows up consistently, communicates well, stays aware of their surroundings, and takes pride in doing the job right without constant oversight. No two shifts are exactly alike—you will perform meaningful work in a dynamic environment supporting the safety and day-to-day needs of our clients and team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct scheduled foot and/or vehicle patrols, depending on the site
- Observe and report unusual, suspicious, or unsafe activity
- Respond to non-emergency calls for service from residents, clients, and dispatch
- Complete clear, simple shift reports using company technology
- Interact professionally with residents, clients, the public, and other team members
- Utilize company vehicles, radios, mobile technology, and patrol tools to serve client sites
What We’re Looking For
- Reliability, honesty, and professionalism
- Ability to stay calm, alert, and think clearly in everyday situations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently while remaining part of a responsive team
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, or holidays (holiday double-pay provided)
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check (arrests or convictions are not automatic disqualifiers, dishonesty is)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Able to be on your feet, walk properties, and perform routine patrol duties
No Experience Required
We provide training. Prior security, patrol, customer service, or similar experience is a plus, but not required.
