Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. As a Concierge, you will assist guests with inquiries, provide information about services and amenities, and help create memorable experiences.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with their needs.
- Communicate effectively with guests to understand their requests and preferences.
- Manage cash register operations, including cash handling and processing transactions accurately.
- Sell products and services offered by the establishment, ensuring an engaging retail experience.
- Stock merchandise as needed to maintain an organized display.
- Conduct product demos to showcase offerings and enhance guest engagement.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation services.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to better serve our guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience operating cash registers.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
