Job Description
The Director or Relocation and Corporate Services plays a key role in developing the standard in relocation and real estate performance through careful agent team selection, coaching and accountability. The Director is responsible for the team exhibiting a friendly, helpful attitude to all agents, managers, and clients. The Director is a local presence representing the Company to both the agents and the business community.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage the Company’s Relocation Department and relocation/referral business in a manner that will maximize efficiency, sales production, profit and value.
· Market the company’s relocation services to achieve established goals. Develop and execute business development strategies to increase relocation, referral, corporate, and affinity business throughout the Triangle and Triad markets.
· Participate in Company management matters to the extent requested by senior management.
· Responsible for the selection and accountability of Relocation Team Agents.
· Establish and execute strategies to successful achievement of agent goals and key metrics for Company Relocation referrals.
· Work with Relocation staff to plan and implement agent education.
· Work with Relocation Staff to help them develop their skills to ensure personal growth and develop a top relocation team.
· Represent Company Relocation Services and the company at branch sales office meetings.
· Partner with Branch Managers and Sales Leaders to promote relocation services, outbound referrals, internet lead opportunities, and affinity programs.
· Communicate with office managers and associates to promote and achieve performance metrics.
· Effectively communicate any referral issues for escalation and resolution.
· Represent Relocation services to corporations and other sources of business including relocation companies for company and/or corporate client specific events.
· Develop and maintain relationships with local employers, chambers of commerce, economic development organizations, HR professionals, and community partners to generate new relocation opportunities.
· Lead and manage the Company's Internet Lead (ELeads) team, including lead distribution, response time expectations, agent accountability, conversion metrics, and customer service standards.
· Develop and implement best practices and operational workflows to maximize internet lead conversion, relocation referrals, and customer experience.
· Analyze relocation, referral, affinity, and internet lead performance metrics and recommend strategies that improve productivity, profitability, and business growth.
· Other duties as assigned.

· Background in residential real estate preferred
· North Carolina real estate license a plus
Physical requirements
The physical requirements of this position including sitting, standing and the ability to talk and hear. The position may also require some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time, up to 20 pounds.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
