Support the General Manager in daily shop operations

Lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service

Train and develop employees while promoting a positive team culture

Help drive sales, service quality, and operational performance

Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively

Maintain safety, cleanliness, and company standards

Assist with scheduling, reporting, and daily administrative tasks

1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Experience coaching or developing employees preferred

Automotive or quick-lube experience preferred

Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license
