We’re looking for a reliable, motivated, and hands-on Store Manager to join our team at Ubatuba Açaí!
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, leads by example, and can keep the store running smoothly while creating a positive experience for both our customers and our team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing day-to-day store operations. Leading, training, and supporting team members. Creating and managing employee schedules. Maintaining excellent customer service. Managing inventory and ordering supplies. Maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards. Opening/closing and handling cash procedures. Helping control labor, waste, and operating costs. Stepping in and working alongside the team when needed.
We’re looking for someone who is: Dependable and organized. Friendly and customer-focused. A strong communicator and team leader. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and able to solve problems independently. Available for a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Restaurant, café, juice bar, or food-service management experience is strongly preferred.
