Caregiver – Bowie, MD
Heartfelt Senior Services is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to provide quality in-home care and support to a senior client in Bowie, Maryland.
Position Responsibilities
● Provide companionship and emotional support
● Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
● Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
● Provide medication reminders as directed
● Assist with mobility and maintaining a safe home environment
● Provide dementia-friendly care and supervision
● Communicate changes in the client’s condition or needs to the appropriate supervisor
● Maintain professionalism, respect, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
● Prior caregiving or home care experience preferred
● Experience caring for individuals with dementia strongly preferred
● Compassionate, patient, and dependable
● Good communication skills
● Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
● Reliable transportation
● Must be able to pass required background check
