We are looking for an experienced barista to join our growing coffee and bakery trailer. This position requires confidence working with espresso machines, preparing high-quality drinks, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, etc.)
- Steam milk and maintain consistent drink quality
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Keep the trailer clean, organized, and stocked
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
Requirements:
- 1+ year of barista experience required
- Knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Weekend availability required
- Flexible availability for additional weekday or special event shifts as needed
