The Retail Sales Associate serves as a key customer-facing representative for our Benjamin Moore paint store. This position is responsible for greeting customers, providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with paint and coating selections, accurately mixing and tinting paint products, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily retail operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to helping customers achieve successful project outcomes. No experience is required, as candidates will be trained.
