**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong background in physiology, anatomy, and various therapy techniques.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment programs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Educate patients on exercises and activities of daily living.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
**Requirements:**
- State liscensure or eligibility for state liscensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Experience in orthopedics and clinic settings is preferred.
- Excellent patient care and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
