Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lot Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dealership by managing vehicle movement and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles for customers, ensuring proper handling of all vehicles.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lot, ensuring vehicles are presentable at all times.
- Daily captures of new and used vehicles
- Perform basic vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good condition before delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to facilitate smooth operations, including assisting with deliveries and managing inventory.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to enhance the overall experience.
Skills
- Proficient driving skills, including experience with manual transmission vehicles.
- Valet parking experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Previous dealership or delivery driver experience is preferred.
