We are currently seeking a Part-Time or Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor or Associate Level Mental Health Counselor to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and empathetic professional who is passionate about supporting clients in achieving emotional wellness. You will provide a variety of mental health services in group, family, couple or individual settings.
Responsibilities:
- Establish direction for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Offer assistance to individuals, couples or families with a variety of problems
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Maintain thorough and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Completed a Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in therapeutic practice.
- Familiarity with community mental health resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Independently licensed- LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
- Associate Level working towards a license with clinical supervision.
