Busser / Food Runner – Harvest at The Masonic
Harvest at The Masonic is seeking a Busser/Food Runner to join our award-winning restaurant in Downtown McKinney, Texas.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a hardworking, dependable, and team-oriented individual to support our front-of-house operations. This role is essential in creating a seamless dining experience by assisting servers, delivering food promptly, maintaining clean dining areas, and ensuring guests receive the exceptional hospitality Harvest is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food accurately and efficiently from the kitchen to guests
- Clear and reset tables promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
- Refill water glasses and assist with guest needs
- Support servers, bartenders, and management as needed
- Communicate effectively with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Follow all sanitation and safety standards
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
- Comfortable with climbing stairs
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Appearance Standards:
- No visible hand or neck tattoos
- No brightly colored or unnatural hair colors
