## Job Summary
Cashier and line cook. Some prep and cooking involved mainly frying empanadas etc, smoothies and sandwiches as well as serving prepared desserts.Packing wholesale orders
## Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Ensure food preparation meets quality standards
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
## Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
