About the Role
As a Senior Construction Lead for infrastructure projects, you will direct the lifecycle of complex heavy civil and bridge construction initiatives. You will serve as the central authority for project delivery, leveraging your expertise in scheduling and financial oversight to ensure high-impact results and structural excellence.
Responsibilities-
Direct all project phases, ensuring milestones are met through rigorous critical path management and resource optimization.

Lead multidisciplinary teams, including field staff and subcontractors, to maintain alignment with project objectives and safety standards.

Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasting costs, and negotiating change orders to maximize project profitability.

Mitigate operational risks through proactive problem-solving and strict adherence to environmental and quality compliance protocols.

Cultivate strategic partnerships with stakeholders, owners, and engineering firms to ensure seamless project communication and collaboration.

Oversee the full project lifecycle from pre-construction planning through final closeout, including punch list resolution and documentation.

Mentor project staff, fostering a high-performance culture through goal setting, professional development, and continuous feedback.
Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale heavy civil or highway construction.

Proven track record of managing projects from inception to final handover.

Expertise in project management software, including Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Strong negotiation skills and a history of managing complex subcontractor relationships.

Deep understanding of structural construction methods, grading, and drainage systems.

Experience with state-level transportation department regulations and permitting.

Demonstrated leadership experience in a supervisory capacity for at least 5 years.

Advanced proficiency in financial reporting and cost-tracking systems.
