Job Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Supervisor to oversee construction projects and lead a team of skilled workers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires hands-on experience in various trades, including commercial roofing, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
Duties
- The skilled Roofers will be responsible for the maintenance, repairs, and installation of roofing systems. Focusing on repairs and other jobs around Quality Control of our customers' roofs.
- Installation of different types of roofing systems such as EPDM, Single-ply and other forms of low-slope roofing systems
- Safe operation of tools of the trade (hand tools, power tools etc.)
- Follow OSHA regulations and other regulatory agencies relating to job site safety, demonstrates safe work practices
- Climbing and operating on ladders, able to handle at least 50 lbs
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews on-site.
- Communicate with project managers regarding project progress, challenges, and timelines.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure adherence to specifications.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Foreman or in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction methods.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in construction.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams effectively.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
