Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in accordance with local codes and regulations.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Perform pipe threading, welding, and assembly as needed for plumbing installations.
- Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion.
- Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required during installations or repairs.
- Provide maintenance person services for minor repairs or remodeling tasks related to plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety protocols is essential.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
- Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Valid driving license may be required.
