PH Tool is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The right candidate will be knowledgeable in a variety of activities, related but not limited to the custodial, maintenance and mechanical aspects of general facilities management. Job duties include the maintenance, cleanliness and general upkeep of the entire industrial campus (45,000 square foot building, inside and outside). This includes the waxing/buffing of polished concrete shop floors, stocking of custodial supplies, and more.
Less time-consuming tasks include regular vacuuming of office area floors, caring for garden beds (no lawnmowing required), emptying of trashcans, and other similar duties. This person will also be responsible for the management of various subcontractor relationships related to the maintenance of the building. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, ideal hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Excellent package including health insurance, vacation, and 401K plan with profit sharing.
