Who We’re Looking For
If any of these describe you, we’d love to hear from you:
- At least 1 year of serving experience
- Interested in Japanese cuisine and culture
- Friendly, confident, and enjoys engaging with guests
- Values teamwork and mutual respect
- Fluent in English (Japanese language skills are a plus)
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Someone who wants to accomplish something meaningful in New York
- Someone who wants to contribute to the community through hospitality
- Interested in sake education or becoming a Sake Sommelier
- Someone with future goals in restaurant, hospitality, or management
