Capelli Beauty & Barber Supply is a leading beauty and barber supply retailer serving professionals and customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented female team member with strong retail and social media skills to join our front-of-house team.
Position Overview
The Retail Sales Associate / Cashier / Customer Service & Social Media Assistant is responsible for delivering excellent in-store customer service while supporting daily content creation, social media engagement, and basic marketing initiatives across Instagram and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service in-store and at the front counter
Assist customers with product recommendations and inquiries
Operate the POS system for sales, returns, and exchanges
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
Create and assist with social media content (Instagram & TikTok)
Record product videos, reels, and basic promotional content in-store
Support marketing initiatives, launches, and product promotions
Engage with comments, messages, and social media interactions when needed
Handle cash, credit, and digital payments responsibly
Support daily store operations and team members as needed
Requirements

Strong customer service and communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation (required)
Basic understanding of social media trends and marketing
Comfortable appearing on camera and recording content
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
Flexible availability: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Availability to work at least one Saturday per month (required)
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
