Our Server Assistants play a vital role in creating exceptional dining experiences by supporting seamless service and maintaining the high standards our guests expect. This position is ideal for hospitality professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are looking to grow their front-of-house skills.
Location: Harry & Izzy's Paradise Valley (12770 Tatum Blvd, Phoenix AZ, 85032)- Opening August 2026!
What you will do:
- Support Servers by ensuring tables are properly set, maintained, and reset throughout service.
- Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately while maintaining presentation standards and communicating dish descriptions when appropriate.
- Assist with beverage service, water refills, bread service, and other guest needs to enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, service stations, and guest-facing areas.
- Anticipate guest and team needs, responding quickly to requests and helping ensure smooth service execution.
What you will bring:
- Prior high-volume restaurant experience preferred
- Experience in upscale dining preferred
