JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have a valid/current Texas Driver's License, ID cards not accepted
-Minimum of 1-2 years experience on 150-plus units.
-Required HVAC certification (type II or universal)
-Ability to pass a full background check, including credit, criminal, and DMV.
-Experience in property plumbing, carpentry, electrical, and mechanical operations.
-Neat and professional personal appearance.
-Ability to motivate and direct personnel
-Good communication skills.
-Good organizational skills.
-The ability to work well under pressure.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Perform work orders for the apartment community at the Property Manager's direction.
-Repair/replace appliances, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, and other maintenance repairs as directed.
-Perform "on-call" duties as scheduled.
-Notify the Property Manager of any potential mechanical or structural problems.
-Perform make-ready functions as directed.
-Perform other duties as directed by the Property Manager.
