We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of an ABA clinic in the Twin Cities. This is a frontline role; you will be the first point of contact for families and staff, so strong communication skills and a welcoming presence matter. The right person is detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks, and comfortable working in a clinical environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting families and clients at the front desk
- Answering and routing phone calls, emails, and faxes
- Managing client scheduling, appointment reminders, and cancellations
- Maintaining client records, consent forms, and intake documents
- Tracking and following up on prior authorizations
- Supporting staff onboarding logistics and office supply management
- Maintaining organized physical and digital filing systems
- Providing general administrative support to the clinic director
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a fast-paced setting
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with insurance verification or prior authorization processes

Pay: $18.00 - $27.50 per hour
