Dynaflo, Inc., is a privately held, family-owned company with more than 25 years of experience designing and manufacturing miniature diaphragm pumps for OEM partners in medical devices, laboratory equipment, industrial systems, and agriculture.
Located in Reading, PA, Dynaflo is looking for an Assembler to help build small, precision components for their miniature pump systems. This is a hands-on role in a clean, climate-controlled workspace, requiring strong fine-motor skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow clear instructions. You’ll work both independently and as part of a close-knit, supportive team.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and follow various diagrams, drawings, procedures, and instructions
- Conduct quality assurance checks to confirm that assembled products meet specifications and quality standards
- Identify any product defects; record and report them accordingly.
- Monitor and maintain inventory of necessary product in your work area
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform all work to meet quality and safety standards
- Follow supervisor instructions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training is a plus.
- Assembly or manufacturing experience preferred but not required—thorough training provided.
- Strong manual dexterity and comfort working with small parts, precision tools, and repetitive tasks.
- Reliable work history, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a small, team-oriented environment.
- Full-time, first shift schedule (four 9-hour days and 4-hours on Friday)
