We are hiring an AT&T Account Associate to join our growing team in Sacramento, CA.

As an AT&T Account Associate, you’ll work directly with customers face-to-face, helping them learn about AT&T’s wireless and internet services and finding the right solutions for their needs.
Our AT&T Account Associate team works in person, building customer relationships, answering questions, and helping drive new business through direct interaction.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated, confident, and ready to grow. Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required, we provide hands-on training for every AT&T Account Associate we bring on board.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Account Associate:
- Meet with potential customers face-to-face to discuss AT&T products and services
- Explain wireless and internet service options in a simple, clear way
- Help customers choose the best services for their needs
- Build positive customer relationships through professional, in-person interactions
- Answer questions and provide strong customer support throughout the sales process
- Stay up to date on current AT&T promotions, plans, and offerings
- Track customer information accurately and complete sales paperwork as needed
- Work with the team to hit sales goals and support office growth
