As an AT&T Wireless Associate, you will assist customers in exploring wireless products, mobile devices, and connectivity solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience. The AT&T Wireless Associate role is a great fit for individuals interested in launching or advancing a career in sales, customer service, or the telecommunications industry.
AT&T Wireless Associate Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in both English and Spanish with sales questions regarding AT&T wireless products and services
- Guide customers through wireless plan selections, device upgrades, and new account activations
- Clearly explain product features, sales pricing, promotions, and service options
- Recommend customized wireless solutions based on each customer’s needs, lifestyle, and budget
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support throughout every interaction
- Help with account maintenance, service updates, and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales documentation
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Represent AT&T products and services with professionalism, energy, and integrity
AT&T Wireless Associate Qualifications:
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working directly with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with effective problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
