Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas.
- Execute detailed floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces spotless and well-maintained.
- Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, trash removal, and ensuring all areas meet health safety guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting clients’ privacy and preferences while delivering consistent quality cleaning.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to maximize results.
- Assist with light household chores such as cooking assistance or organizing as needed to enhance client satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of floor care methods including vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and carpet extraction.
- Ability to perform sanitation tasks meticulously while adhering to safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with laundry processes and handling various fabrics with care.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning tools and supplies is a plus.
