Virtual Builders Exchange (VBX) is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team in a vital role supporting the commercial construction industry.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys online research, solving puzzles, organizing information, and working independently.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday
- 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
- In-office position
What You'll Do
- Research commercial construction post submittal and/or post bid results
- Monitor online bidding platforms and government websites
- Attend virtual bid openings via Zoom, Teams, WebEx, and similar platforms
- Track project information and update company database
- Submit public record requests and monitor incoming responses as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and project information.
Qualifications
- Excellent computer and internet research skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable learning new websites and software
- Professional written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Reliable, organized, and dependable
- Microsoft Office experience required
Preferred
- Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, government, or project administration
- Experience with online research or data management
- Familiarity with commercial construction bidding is helpful, but we will train the right candidate.
