What We’re Looking For:
● A valid real estate license (or earn a scholarship through KW to receive a real estate
salesperson course at no cost to you).
● Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
● Self-motivation, a proactive attitude, and a strong work ethic.
● Ability to work independently and thrive in a team setting.
● Familiarity with real estate tools and technology is a plus.

● Real Estate School Partnership: Through our partnership, students receive a scholarship to cover the cost of the basic pre-licensing courses, bringing their total expense to $0
