Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Take food and drink orders accurately using the Toast POS system, processing transactions efficiently while upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional guest service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to elevate their experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards; assist with food handling and preparation when needed.
- Manage cash handling duties accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change; handle openTable reservations for seamless guest flow.
- Support the team by bussing tables, resetting dining areas quickly, and assisting with kitchen or host/hostess duties as required to ensure smooth operations.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills by balancing multiple tables and bar orders efficiently during busy hours while maintaining high service standards.
