We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Remote Talent Booking Agent to join the team at The Local Booking Agency. In this role, you will be responsible for closing incoming leads and enrolling qualified models, musicians, and businesses into our premium agency service platform. Your primary focus is navigating consultative sales conversations, overcoming objections about program costs, and securing signed service agreements. This position offers a structured remote schedule with uncapped, daily performance-based commission payouts.
Key Duties
- Close Enrollment Deals: Conduct high-volume outbound phone and video consultations to close pre-qualified talent leads on our agency services.
- Hit Daily Quotas: Maintain a fast-paced closing cycle to achieve a daily target of 6* finalized talent service contracts*.
- Handle Financial Objections: Confidently articulate the return on investment (ROI) of our services, successfully navigating price and commitment objections.
- Process Agreements Immediately: Facilitate the digital signing of service contracts and secure initial payments from talent on the spot.
- Manage Lead Pipeline: Consistently follow up with warm leads and applications via CRM, text, and phone to maximize conversion rates.

- Proven Recruitment or Sales Track Record: Experience in recruitment, talent scouting, outbound sales, or business development within a fast-paced environment.
- Results-Driven Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume outreach and maintain consistent performance in a goal-oriented role.
- Schedule Availability: Ability to adhere to a structured schedule of 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST, including mandatory weekend shifts to align with peak industry activity.
- Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills to engage effectively with talent and business stakeholders.
- Digital Proficiency: Expertise in using social media platforms and digital tools for lead generation and talent acquisition.
- Remote Readiness: A self-motivated professional with a dedicated home office setup, including a reliable computer and high-speed internet.
- 1099 Performance-Based Motivation: High level of motivation to excel within a commission-structured payout model (15% per finalized contract) designed for daily earning potential.
- Proven Sales Closing Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in high-volume inside sales, telemarketing, gym memberships, or educational enrollment.
- B2C Closing Prowess: Demonstrated ability to ask for the credit card or contract signature on a single call (one-call-close mindset).
- High Emotional Intelligence: Ability to connect with creative individuals, build rapid trust, and match their career goals to our service offerings.
- Thick Skin & Resilience: High motivation to handle frequent sales rejection and maintain high energy across set of calls per day.
