Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. As a Driver, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of goods from various locations. This role requires a combination of driving skills, customer service experience, and physical stamina.
Must be willing to be over the road 3 weeks at a time.
Must have or be able to obtain Medical DOT card
TWIC card is preferred for this job. If you have one it is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a commercial vehicle with a 40ft trailer to transport goods to customers across the US.
- Ensure that all goods are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, professional, and responsive to customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, brokers and dispatchers to ensure that deliveries are made correctly.
- Safely operate a vehicle in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on the road.
- Keep track of ELD logs and monitor hours of drive time. Update shipping documents, notate when loading & unloading, breaks, fueling and going off duty.
Requirements:
-Willing to be OTR for a 3 week period.
-Medical DOT Card
- Valid commercial driver's license non-CDL.(Class B is fine NO CLASS A)
- Experience driving pick-up trucks with hotshot trailers (32 to 40ft preferred).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, dispatchers, and brokers.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
- Ability to operate a vehicle in various weather conditions and traffic environments.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and moving heavy objects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
-Experience chaining, strapping, and tarping.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
