Hope Fertility is seeking a full-time Nurse practitioner to join our team. Primary Location will be at our Lawrenceville office but may need to cover our Alpharetta location as needed.

Job Description/Qualification:
The ideal candidate will have 1-2years of experience as a Nurse practitioner (preferably in Women's Health), be energetic and compassionate, and prioritize clinical excellence. Candidate will work under the supervision of our Board-Certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and will see patients in collaboration with another mid-level provider on the team.
- Graduation from an accredited nurse practitioner program
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Valid Georgia NP License and Certification
- Knowledge of obstetrical care, female reproductive anatomy and physiology.
- At least 1 year of experience in women’s health or fertility/REI preferred.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Demonstrate the ability to be a team player and possess a willingness to perform duties that are assigned or delegated to them as well as willingness to perform duties of other team members as needed.
- Experience with EMR for accurate and efficient documentation. Experience with nAble IVF (EMR system) is a plus, but not required.
- Must have excellent customer service skills and attitude when working with patients, staff, and other clinicians.
- In collaboration with the physician and other clinical members, provide direct patient care.
- Manage infertility, early first trimester obstetric care and gynecologic patients individualized plan of care with supervising physician guidance following clinic protocols.
- Perform infertility and reproductive endocrinology patient assessments in person
- Perform transvaginal ultrasound, saline sonogram, physical examinations, and treatment cycle coordination.
- Order diagnostic testing and laboratory studies with understanding of necessity and relevance to diagnosing and treating the patient.
- Review, interpret and communicate results to the patient.
- Makes individual recommendations and treatment decisions pursuant to protocol and with physician oversight.
- Assisting physician during egg retrievals, embryo transfers, and any other office procedures.
The approximate hours or the job are as follows: Monday - Thursday: 7:30AM - 4:30 PM. Job may require occasional weekend clinic coverage, but advanced notice will be given and phone call night call coverage.
