Job Description: Construction Supervisor / Property Management Support
We are looking for a responsible Construction Supervisor to help manage property maintenance and renovation work.
This person must have strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to manage crews in the field.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily work at different properties.
Coordinate crews and subcontractors.
Make sure work is completed correctly and on time.
Walk units and common areas to check quality.
Take photos and send updates to management.
Help with property management agreements and customer requests.
Track materials, tools, and job progress.
Report problems, delays, or extra work needed.
Keep the team organized and professional.
Requirements:
Construction or property maintenance experience.
Ability to manage people.
Good attention to detail.
Reliable transportation.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work with property managers, tenants, and crews.
Must be organized and responsible.
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
