*Duties*
- Handle phone inquiries and reservations with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Market rental services to potential customers
- Negotiate rental terms and agreements with clients
- Assist customers effectively
- Utilize Excel for inventory management and reporting
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of luxury vehicles
- Apply retail math skills to rental transactions
- Provide top-notch customer service at the front desk
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to market luxury rental services effectively
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Excel for inventory management tasks
- Experience in maintaining luxury vehicles is beneficial
- Knowledge of retail math for rental transactions
- Prior experience in customer service or front desk roles
