We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Insurance Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in Dallas and Fort Worth.

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to new and existing clients.
- Quote and sell Auto, Home, Commercial, and other insurance products.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and payments.
- Follow up on leads and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Support office operations and administrative tasks.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Sales experience is a plus (insurance experience preferred but not required).
- Computer proficiency.
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
