The Role:
As a Busser, you will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to ensure our dining room remains spotless and our guests feel well taken care of. You are essential in keeping the restaurant operations humming by managing table turnover and cleanliness.
Essential Duties:
- Guest Hospitality: Respond to guest requests with a welcoming attitude and build rapport.
- Table Maintenance: Promptly clear tables and counters after guests finish dining and transport dishes to the dishwasher.
- Resetting: Prepare tables for the next guests by setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Stocking: Keep silverware and linens rolled and stock service areas with necessary supplies.
Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe restaurant. This includes sweeping, vacuuming, tidying server stations, and taking out trash.

Requirements:
- Ability to commute reliably to Rockville, MD 20850 (Required).
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long period while moving at a fast pace.
- Previous experience in a casual or fine dining setting is a plus, but we are willing to train the right attitude!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
