Operations Manager – Manufacturing

We're conducting a confidential search for an experienced Manufacturing Plant Manager to lead a growing production operation. This role has full responsibility for production, warehouse, inventory, safety, quality, and operational performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead all daily plant operations
- Drive production, safety, quality, and delivery performance
- Coach and develop supervisors
- Improve productivity through Lean and continuous improvement
- Manage staffing, scheduling, inventory, and labor performance
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 5+ years leading manufacturing operations
- Experience managing large production teams
- Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
- ERP, WMS, or MRP experience
- Proven record of improving plant performance
$120,000–$140,000 + Bonus
Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
