Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, inspect, repair, and test precision medical devices, including pacemakers, ICDs, and related components.
- Follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures to ensure exceptional product quality.
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Maintain accurate production, traveler, and quality documentation for complete product traceability.
- Operate electronic production systems to record manufacturing activities.
- Communicate production issues, ideas, and improvement opportunities to supervisors.
- Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environment.
- Support production goals while maintaining the highest standards of quality and workmanship.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent manual dexterity.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal work instructions.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to work with electronic production systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Ability to comply with cleanroom gowning and manufacturing dress code requirements.
- Ability to work the assigned shift of 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
Preferred Experience
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience.
- Medical device or other regulated manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience performing quality inspections or product testing.
- Experience maintaining manufacturing documentation.

Employees work with small components while following strict quality, safety, and gowning requirements. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive assembly tasks, standing for extended periods, and maintaining meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process.
